Savage 64 magazine
This is the same as the magazine that comes with the Savage 64f. It functions flawlessly. Optics Planet offered a great price and had it in stock unlike the local retailer. So I now have an extra magazine loaded and ready when the first one is empty.
Works for the 62 as well
If you have a 62 this magazine will also fit. No issues firing 22lr.

Savage 64 22LR magazine
Very nice solid steel mags. Not stamped steel. These appear to be cast or something. Won’t break these! My stock mag works flawlessly so I got two more. Had to wait till Savage made more since everyone was out of them since March but Optics Planet kept me on the wait list and sent once they were in stock. Nice!! I could only find them on eBay for much more from the hoarders but decided to wait it out and that paid off. I read they are discontinuing this rifle but I still see them in stock.

- None. Must tilt to insert but you will get used to it.
