Rifle scope - Schmidt & Bender Police Marksman II 5-25x56mm LP Rifle Scope

I have been shooting for 40 years, but just became interested in long range competition. I looked at a number of scopes, but the S&B seemed to be the best. I decided to forget about price and go for quality. I have still not fired a shot from the new rifle, but if I can't hit the broad side of a barn, I know it is my fault.
Pros: Seems like the best I have ever seen
Cons: Is the most expensive I have ever seen
