Used this for the first time during the hunting season. Flap kept the snow off the optics, was easy to use (of course) and held the gun securely when snapped closed. Only drawback is that the snap on the flap or the retention strap is loud when you unsnap it. I would assume that with use, it will become quieter.
Pros: Price, exactly what you expect
Cons: snap is loud in the quiet woods
