Initially when I ordered this product ( and I ordered 5) it was when I lost power during Harricane Irma. I hastly ordered it without reading the full description and only going by the product's title and price. When it arrived , right away I was a little disappointed in the size, but that's my fault for not reading the full description. And I was expecting a typical full-size an intern, but instead it was half that size. Realizing that it is USB powered and not battery powered I know it was not going to be as bright. None the less, it is a light source, it does what it says and you never have to have batteries on hard to use it. Just charge it before an anticipated use (Hurricane, camping, ect.). Some positives are is that it is lightweight because it takes on no extra weight from batteries. It's compact so 2 of these can easily take The space of one when in storage or traveling. It is also a multi use light, it has a light source at the bottom which acts as a flashlight and a strobing red light for emergencies. Makes for a great item to keep in your car as it makes for a good Vehicle emergency light . And last but not least , even without the ability to charge it or if it runs out of power, it has a hand crank that you can manually turn that will power it .
