Adjustment screw backs out every outingq - Seekins Precision Low Profile Adjustable Gas Block

Every single time I take this AR out, the adjustment screw backs out because the set screw backs out. No matter how much I tighten that set screw... it backs out. 100% of the time I take this rifle out. There is a reason some gas blocks have a second locking screw or have detents... and it is to prevent this. I bought this one because you can adjust it from the side, which makes more sense for most builds, especially suppressed builds. But I should not have to use threadlocker that will burn off anyway on these screws.
