This is a great little addition to any platform if you are looking to reach out a bit further than your red dot allows. The sight picture is crisp and clear and doesn't get fuzzy around the edges. The FOV is excellent. The eye relief is a little close, but not an issue for most. The adjustment screws are simple and easily accessible and the quick release mount is solid. I love the Slide-to-side feature instead of having to remove the magnifier when not in use. If you are on the fence looking for a magnifier, check out this bad boy. The price is on point and I will be adding it to my AR platform permanently very soon! I'd highly recommend it!

I purchased the Sightmark 5X32mm Tactical Magnifier in an attempt to save a little money since I wasn't planning on using it all the time. I just wanted a magnifier for my red dot for the times I was shooting over 100yds so I could really dial in and shoot tighter groups. First, I'm not a fan of the slide over mechanism. It doesn't lock in tight, so there's a little wiggle no matter how tight you adjust everything. Because of this, there's no consistency each time you slide it back into place. One time you slide it in place, the red dot is top left. The next time it'll be bottom right, and so on. I expect a magnifier, once it's engaged into place, to lock into the exact same position every time. This one doesn't. At 100 yds, when I moved it into proper placement, I could read the words on the target I was shooting so it's pretty clear.The magnifier itself is basically what you'd expect for the price. It's made a little cheaper. If you're familiar with how higher end magnifiers look and feel, you can tell right away when you pick this one up. As far as magnification goes, the picture is actually pretty good when you're not magnifying a red dot. My red dot is extremely clear by itself, but once the magnifier is engaged I see doubles and it's extremely blurry no matter how much I adjusted it. This is an excellent option. Fits great. I have the eotech 3x magnifier that flips to the side. For the money, this is an excellent alternative and works flawlessly. I would recommend without hesitation. Easy to install.

Like title says, it is not bad for the money. I put it on an AR-15-22. I know this is not a long range gun, but I am not young so magnification helps. I wanted to try one of these but did not want to start with a several hundred $$$ as a ginny pig. This works ok. The slide over mechanism is not smooth but functions fine. The eye relief window of use is smaller than I thought it would be, and that is really my only complaint. It is not crazy heavy and does not seem to affect handling or the balance even when flipped to the side. It has held in place through several flips back and forth and several hundred rounds. But I have it on a 22.

The sightmark 5 x 32mm magnifier with flip mount is very affordable and aligns well with my eotec 512 holo sight. The biggest issue see with continous use is the flip mount can be bumped and shift to the right if not careful. Other than that great for the price.

The lock over part of the base is not done very well - got mine sighted then flip over to red dot - then flip back and the base would not lock over. The pins that secure the base almost seem to freeze up.

I sent this back and waiting a refund - the sight mark stuff…is not really my go to now, I have moved to Vortex instead.

Dont recommend this to anyone on here, since I sent mine back, hate for you to do the same.

I am very pleased with this product. The magnification is perfect for longer distances and the tilting mount is great in order to get it out of the way for shorter distance shooting. The quick release picanny mount is awesome for fast mounting and unmounting the magnifier, a necessary manuver in order to get the firearm into its case.

I am pretty tough on gear. So, I wasn't ready for thw Eotech version for the price point. So I tried the Sight Mark and haven't been disappointed yet. The little bugger has stood up to day and night range work. It has been soaked by rain on occasion in its still holding up very well. Can't beat the price.
