Very happy with these. The photochromic lenses adapt to the surrounding light so that it never seems too dark or too light while wearing glasses, especially driving. The amber color seems to sharpen the environment. The polycarbonate lenses are optically very clear, which sometimes is not the case with other glasses. They are very light and comfortable. The polarization does seem very subtle compared to other classes I have had. All in all, I will never get non-photochromic sunglasses again, I think I will stick with Serengeti.

I got these because Serengeti still uses glass, and very good glass at that, for their lenses. They are not coated, rather the gradient components are baked in. That means you won't destroy them if you use the wrong cleaner. Unlike plastic, they don't scratch easily. I wear mine all day, every day, and after 20 years of use, I have never scratched a Serengeti lense. If only they wouldn't get lost, and the frames were kid proof.
Pros: The Driver's lenses - clear, optically correct, non-coated GLASS,
Cons: Lenses are large. not Jackie Collins large, but stil large

I like the quality of the sunglasses. I just wish they didn't sit quite so close to my eyes and eyelashes. They tend to fog and get dirty easily. I like the larger frame, it helps to shade your entire eye area from sun damage.
Pros: Good Quality
Cons: They fog fairly easy and set too close to my eyelashes and get dirty.
