Most Helpful Positive Review Great for p80 build pull the trigger
Got a p80 frame and wanna make a race gun w a 3# trigger Well pull the trigger on this one i have 3 and all work Flawlessly with a crisp clean pull and break Buying more today THis is a must buy for glock guys for sho ; )
Most Helpful Negative Review Nowhere near worth the cost.
The trigger seemed to be well constructed before installation. Once installed, it's heavy, and does not perform at all like it should. When shooting, if you keep the trigger pulled back, sometimes it will "decock" when you release pressure and not reset. This malfunction is far from safe. Don't ...

Quality build kit. Trigger is good enough for dual purpose.

DO NOT BUY

I had a spare Glock 19 lower laying around and figured I would make a basic build. Always wanted a Shadow Systems Elite trigger but saw this "Completion Kit" and figured it was the best option.. Because, ya know, it comes with the Elite trigger. This product is advertised with a flat faced trigger, which is not the case and I was highly upset upon opening.. It looks and feels like a shitty stock Glock trigger. Also the description says it comes with a locking block, which is false. This kit is a complete waste of your time. DO NOT BUY. Hopefully I can get my money back
Pros:
  • None
Cons:
  • all

Didn't come with the locking block as advertised

Contacted customer service about it not coming with a locking block as advertised, hopefully they just send one out. If everything was all there I'd say 4 stars. It's much better than a standard glock trigger by far.
Pros:
  • None
Cons:
  • No Locking Block

It had potential but just fell short.

I was debating on going with this kit or an Apex trigger for my polymer 80 build. In the end I went with this because it was cheaper and seemed to have pretty good reviews (the few I could find on it anyways).

My biggest problem is that the trigger safety is so low that I have to place my finger tip at the very bottom of the trigger or the safety will catch on the frame of the pistol. I know that you are supposed to pull lower to get more leverage on the trigger in order to reduce the pull weight. However, it is obscenely low and it is actually uncomfortable to bend my finger that low on the trigger.

In the end, I wish I would have gone with the Apex as I have one in a M&P and have zero issues with the safety not wanting to disengage. (Although that may not be a fair comparison as their grips and hand location are not the same)
Pros:
  • Looks cool
  • Cheaper than other options
Cons:
  • Does not function well
  • Uncomfortable to use
Best Used for:
  • Not much

**READ BEFORE BUYING**

by Centermass, from OR, United States Written on December 24, 2018
It looks good but I wouldnt call it an upgrade other than the looks and feel on the trigger shoe. I mean its an ok trigger and definitely nothing to compare with around the same price range. It feels HORRIBLE as far using it Out of the box I had to put a lot of work into it to make it function properly. Now my only concern is the trigger safety getting snagged on the frame. Maybe the one Ive got was out of spec or I dont know what the deal was. In conclusion its a pretty decent trigger for the money after the break in period and if you dont have advanced gunsmithing skills I would not recommend this product.
Pros:
  • Flat faced consistent pull
  • Looks good and after serious fitting will work perfectly
  • Definitely unbeatable price range for all you get
Cons:
  • Trigger safety getting snagged into the gun frame
  • Lots of fitting required to make it work
Best Used for:
  • Range gun
