Shaw AR-15 22 inch HBAR Straight Fluted Barrel Review
I have never used a Shaw barrel but after having watched several videos on how well they preformed on other 22 ARC builds I decided to give them a try. First things first it was easy to install and after torquing everything down to spec I took it out to the range to perform Shaw's barrel break-in procedure. Upon completing the break-in procedure this rifle is a Hammer. At 100 yards I was shooting consistently the shot groups that were all connected and could be happier with this barrel.
Barrel fail
Barrel would not take a round and had to send it back. I’m guessing it a rare failure in the barrel not being correctly inspected from the factory.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Barrel arrived not all the way cambered. Would not chamber any factory ammo

Shaw 22 ARC Barrel
I was very happy to do my 22ARC build with a Shaw barrel. The barrel arrived well packed with both the breach and muzzle well protected. It gave my build just the look I wanted, and I am looking forward to some Sub 1/2 MOA groups with handloads. Should be a real eyeopener out to a Thousand!
