I've owned several rifle plate carriers and this one is my favorite so far. The admin pouch integrated in the front at the top is great for storing additional tourniquets and other items best suited for your specific needs. There are also mag carriers integrated into the inner cummerbund on each side. Construction seems to be good. Highly recommended.
