Banshee Shoulder Pads
This is basically a no-brainer in terms of add-ons for the Banshee Plate Carrier. It’s a simple, cheap upgrade that you will be glad you made after wearing a carrier for any length of time. The quality of the materials and stitching will result in a product that will have longevity. The padding is robust and extremely comfortable. It definitely will not crush and flatten quickly. It also gives the carrier an improved appearance and gives it that extra appeal. This is definitely a must buy.
easy to install
I put them on an old AC1 and I it feels way better. I actually want to wear it longer and it doesn’t slide at all.

Good shoulder pads for plate carriers
This is godsend for those who wear plate carriers with a significant amount of load-bearing, especially for those carriers with slim profile shoulder straps which can easily dig into your shoulders and multiply the pain felt. I use these for Mayflower APC with kevlar inserts and level IV plates which get heavy quick, and have been having great luck. Breathable mesh paddings are also a big plus.

Does the job as intended!
Exactly what it says. I’m just writing more because it requires more to make this but they are good and serve the purpose. I also have Shellback plates and they are the real deal as well. That’s about it.

Gave new life to a hiking backpack
My hiking pack has been through many hikes and the padding in the shoulder pads has been getting crushed down. I grabbed these before a long hike and it has made my pack feel new again. The weight is still there, but my pack (> 50 lbs) was quite comfortable and my shoulders didn't feel punished at the end.
They are a bit bulky and cumbersome, but I guess that's the trade-off for the padding. They are also sealed on the bottom, so they don't breathe as well as I would like. For a weekend trip this wasn't an issue, but I could see it becoming more of an issue for longer hikes in the summer. The fabric is also a bit tough (which hopefully gives it durability), but it's not exactly soft on the skin. You're probably wearing a shirt under this so it shouldn't be an issue, but I thought it was worth noting.

Extremely Comfortable
I've had my first gen Banshee since about 2014 and I should have bought these shoulder pads years ago. They are extremely comfortable and when my PC is well-adjusted they take almost all the weight off my shoulders, in addition they make the fit feel much more sturdy.
Pros:
- Cheap
- Comfortable
- Sturdy
Cons:
- None
