Horrible customer service - Shield Sights Reflex Mini Red Dot Sight

I put a RMSc 4MOA dot on my Sig P365 and only after about 800 rounds the lenses began to crack inside the housing simply from recoil. I never dropped or used the frame to rack the slide like some people do. I sent the optic in for warranty repair back in September and I still have not received my sight back. They no longer return my emails to update me on the RMA at all. I actually really did like the dot and was very accurate with it out to 25 yards, but how can you trust a dot with you life the cracks from recoil? If you have 400 dollars to throw away for a range toy that’s seems to be the only thing this dot is good for. They tried to blame the delay on USPS because they lost my sight for 3 weeks at their NY facility after the tracking showed it was delivered on September 24th. If you have this sight I wouldn’t even bother sending it in for warranty when it cracks, because it will, unless you don’t care about when you get it back. I was told by a rep that they even had a massive amount of sights get sent back from Walther because their customers had multiple problems with their lenses. I should have listened to sage dynamics review on YouTube when he said to stay away, go check that out if you haven’t seen it already.
