These are great reels for the money! This goes to show that even at the bottom of the Shimano range, the quality is still there. I have two of them, and one of them for almost 5 years. Never serviced either and both are like new. You could buy 5 of these and they would last you the rest of your life. If one of mine breaks, its not a big deal at all. I will just buy another reel to replace it. I wouldnt even bother trying to get it fixed. Keep it for spare parts for another one. I use mine in saltwater and always rinse right after I get back home.
