I own many styles, types and brands of weapon mounted bipods,including "Harris" and I can honestly say that in my opinion the Shooters Ridge bipods are the best when it comes to providing a superb piece of equipment at a realistic price. There is nothing cheap or flimsy about them, in fact I can see no difference between the Shooters Ridge and the Harris bipods at all. It functions exactly as described and meets all my expectations. I see no reason to spend extra for a Harris in the future. Pros: High quality, great value

Worth the money

I have used this bipod for a few weeks shooting prone at long range. Very easy to adjust and very solid. I would recommend for bench and prone shooting but not for long stalks. It's just a little on the heavy side.

I really like these Bi-pods, I personally use them and I recommend them to my customers. Very well made, flawless functioning and good appearance. I have 6 and have sold many to my customers without a single complaint. Enough said

Better than a Harris

Just as good as a Harris only with a better lockup system for swivel. I have two shooters ridge bipods and one Harris. I like the Shooters ridge better than the Harris because when you want STEADY (or to lockup the swivel) the Shooters Ridge does and the Harris doesn't. Shooters Ridge has a lever and Harris has a knarled thumb nut that makes it difficult to get it tight enough. Half the price and just as good if not better! Plus OpicsPlanet.com ships same or next day and they will work with you if you need to return/exchange something and they have very competitive prices!
