Zero Clearance Insert
Great saw, but I'm not a sawologist. This is my first one.
I found that the Zero Clearance Insert for the old W1824, Woodstock P/N D4329, works on the new W1851, with some minor modification. I had to remove 1/4" from the top of the left plastic dust shroud that surrounds the blade. I used a multi-tool with a wood blade.
I had no problem with ordering or shipping with Optics Planet. The saw came with all its parts, no damage, and the delivery guy brought it all the way back to the garage for me. Assembly was straight-foward, with no Gotchas that I can remember.
