For the price and free shipping, great deal - Shop Fox Cross Sliding Vise

I have this item 5 stars, only because of the price and free shipping, the item still need work to make it what it should be, its a great place to start, I had a harbor freight one, total junk, spent a day making bushings and fix the shafts, finally gave it away, here u have better material to work with, u do have to take it totally apart and clean it, seems all machine items come with grit, have no idea what this stuff is but its in all of their cheaper stuff. looks like sandblasting grit, or casting grit, the gibs were rusted but that is easy to fix, after some fixing it will be a usable vise, would buy another one if I needed one.
