I picked up a couple of these at $8 each, far cheaper at op than anywhere else, took a chance after reading another review that said even though they say they are for the sig716 they work fine in the m400 , that was correct as I am currently using them in several different brands of AR15 lowers and the work great, does not include spring and button

Ambi mag release

Thus is an item that is well worth the money. It plays a vital role when practicing drills that pertains to off hand manipulation to your weapon platform. Everyone should be proficient in handling a weapon with both left and their right hands. This is a top notch well built product.

Fits AR-15

My Sig 516 had the AR15 version installed. I was going to order a couple of those when I saw this model. For the price I said I’d give it a try. It fit my FN Tactical without any issues. Using it with an Odin Works oversized mag release button. Those fit together perfectly. No issues working with KNS pins. I don’t have a Magpul bolt catch on that rifle, but I do on others. I don’t think the two would fit well together. Would recommend this product. Works great. Mags drop without any issues - polymer and metal.

It works well

I installed this on a Palmetto State AR15 receiver. Installation was not difficult. Magazines drop freely from the lower. I don't know if this would wear the finish after prolonged use. I have a Strike Industries enhanced bolt stop, and this does not interfere with that--nor can I see myself accidentally dropping the mag if I used the bolt stop. I do not think this will work with a Magpul/Troy style lever bolt release.
