No all its built up to be - SIG SAUER ECHO1 Thermal Reflex Sight, 1-2X

I used this sight on the range and found that during the daylight hours in full sun the screen gets washed out and the radical is almost impossible to see. I also tried to use this sight at night while the screen is easy to use and see at night the problem is you lose your night vision and your face is illuminated and can be seen by whoever or whatever form long distances. As far as using this as a home defense site like some say it works well for I don't think so the screen refresh rate is way to slow and freezes up when scanning even as a slow scan pace.
