High quality sights
I bought these sights to go on my Sig Sauer MPX. I had originally planned on getting Troy sights which are also great sights ( I have two sets of Troy sights on two of AR15's, an M&P15 PSX and an Adams Arms "Honey Badger"). The Sig Sauer sights are of all metal construction, easy to adjust for winda...

Sig Sauer sights
Sights seem like decent. Solid built, with a good spring force to keep them seated until needed. The one unique feature that these turns out to be their biggest flaw. The sights when in down position do not lay flat with the rail. There is about 1/8" between the site and rail. While it doesn't happe...

No Picatinny Rail
The Sig M400 ships without a Picatinny rail for the front sight. I thought this would include that or be an MLock mount. There is no way to install this front sight on the gun.

Go to Iron Sights
Good iron backup sights at a reasonable price. As good as Troy or Magpul for less money.

Quality BUIS at a good price
I have a few sets of these SIG Iron sights because they work and are very sturdy. I like the little bit of resistance they have to flipping up so I know they won’t just catch on something and deploy easily - it will be intentional on my end. I also that they lock in the deployed position with the button to unlock and fold back down. They hold zero well even under abuse.
Pros:
- Holds zero
- Steel Construction
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- hard use

A Must Have
Learned to shoot in military with this sort of site and though times have changed and red dots are the optic of choice, I bought these to mount on my MCX as a backup to the powered optics. Cheaper through Optics Planet than they are through Sig, and they are easy to install and operate. Flip up nicely and have a push button to fold back down; rear sight can be folded down in either position so there are no limitations like with some other brands. Work great with my co-witness optic from Vortex and are all metal and not cheaply manufactured, thus the price point. Must have for any platform as a redundant sighting system that is fully adjustable.
Pros:
- well built
- foldable
- Metal design
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- ar 15

Excellent Irons for SIG MPX-k
These irons have a great snap-up mechanism and sit nice and low on the rail. I only use them as a backup in case my reflex site or magnifier go down. They are slim enough that they can sit under my Holosun 3x magnifier and can be popped up with the magnifier flipped to the side. Easy to install.
