Most Helpful Positive Review Sig Romeo Zero Elite.
The Sig Romeo Zero Elite is a nice compact red dot sight. The circle dot makes it easy to find the dot during aiming. The “on-off” button and brightness button is close to the viewing lens so it is not easy to access. The main reason why I purchased this red dot is the low price, made in the USA a...

Romeo zero elite

by Kurt, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on August 20, 2025
Its a nice little red dot, but you have to use some sort of tool to adjust the brightness level, and you have to remove the sight to change the battery. There are better options in the price range.
Pros:
  • name brand & reputation
Cons:
  • changing battery is a pain
  • adjusting brigtness is a little time consuming

Small and compact. Check. The circle/dot is relatively easy to pick up for the size.

Trash red dot

by Steven Thomas, from MI, United States Written on July 25, 2025
Soon, bought this in 2025, not a good sight at all lasted one 45 min range session. The slide on the p365 has a hole that allows stuff to come up in the sight,It kills the sight!!! Oil gets in there and it's done called customer service for this websight and they told me to call SIG. TURNS OUT they DISCONTINUED this sight, save your self the trouble and get the ROMEO RS basically the same but the battery is on the side and the button is also on the side way better. Yeah so this sight sight is wacker than plumbers Crack with mud-butt
Pros:
  • None
Cons:
  • Sig discontinued it thats saying something

This thing is junk… won’t hold zero regardless of ammo grain. Barely functions, when on. Don’t buy.

Great sight for the money!

by Island Arms, Verified Owner from MD, United States Written on March 10, 2025
I recently purchased and installed this optic as a backup sight for my LPVO. It does everything I needed it for. It is an excellent optic that holds zero. It is pretty clear, and has a decent field of view for it's compact size.
Pros:
  • Size and Weight
Cons:
  • Battery access

seems to be a good optic so far

by StoneSpear702, Verified Owner from NV, United States Written on March 4, 2025
This optic seems to be good so far. It works well. Seems sturdy and made well. Lens is rugged. Easy enough to clean. Easy to install. I have a romeo one pro on a full sized pistol, and this romeo zero elite on a compact pistol. Both optics work very well so far. Torque the screws to the correct in.lbs and you will have zero problems. I would reccomend.

Better than I expected

by Edward Thunderglock, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on March 1, 2025
I had to replace my romeo zero since the screws to adjust seized due to corrosion. This was very well priced for the reticle options and shroud. Zeroed in nicely. Seems better quality than the original romeo zero.

Good little optic w/metal shroud

by Gene, Verified Owner from VA, United States Written on February 16, 2025
This is original Sig red dot that fits perfect to the P365 XL, and that is what I used it on. The good/pros: compact design, OPMOD metal shroud offers additional protection to the glass, and allows to use optic for fast slide cocking. The box came with plenty of additional screws/bolts. So, it should easily work on any hand gun w/RMSc foot print. Crisp red dot and horse show circle (switchable). Plenty of brightness settings. Shake awake/go-to-sleep automation, which is nice.
Cons/things I didn't like: bottom mounted battery. The control button for brightness and reticle settings in a very unusual place, and somewhat hard to reach. The Tap function works nice, but it still requires the multiple presses to that special button, in order to be activated. So, I consider that to be the downside, hence only 4 starts.

However, for the price, this optic held zero like a champ! The mounting screws/bolts held in place. Plus, original Sig optic. If you don't want to spent over $150 for your red dot and still get a quality product, this would be an excellent choice!
Pros:
  • Compact design
  • OPMOD metal shroud offers additional protection to the glass
  • plenty of additional screws/bolts
Cons:
  • Bottom mounted battery
  • control button for brightness and reticle settings is located in very unusual place
