A step above. - SIG SAUER ROMEO5 GEN II Elite 1x20mm Reflex Red Dot Sight

The SIG SAUER ROMEO5 GEN II Elite is a step above the standard Romeo 5. The balistic quad dot is basically the only change, but having reference dots for shooting at ranges beyond your 100 yard zero is a nice feature. Is it worth an additional $100? Only range time will tell. I acquired this sight to use on a 300 blackout pistol build, the narrow width allows for great situational awareness, the tall mount lets me aim the pistol without any odd contorsions, the glass is clear and target acquisition is fast. The reticle is very precise. Aiming with this is almost as nice as my Eotech. The sight also comes with a low mount that would be great for standard rifle or shotgun. I can't wait to see it with a magnifier. If you want a nice budget optic that is well built and offers multiple reticle options this sight is a decent choice.
