Romeo zero on both a sig p365xl and springfield arms hellcat - SIG SAUER Romeo Zero Red Dot Sight 1x 6 MOA

I unfortunately only have one of the Romeo Zeros after waiting for 3 months. I have another on order but when it may show up is anybody's guess. I have mounted it on my Sig with no issues with the supplied mounting screws. That is no surprise. To mount on the Hellcat, required a trip to the gunsmith and get a pair of M4 screws custom modified. The screws that came with the Zero were too long. The screws that came with the Hellcat had heads that were too large. Right now the Hellcat is my EDC and the optic does not effect my comfort or the conceal ability of the gun on my person. I use appendix carry with a Vedder IWB holster. You can order it in an optics ready version. I have the same holster for the P365XL and my experience with the optic mounted is the same. The performance is like any quality red dot sight. Zero it in and then the bullet goes where you put the dot. I am happy so far however, there have been reports of the lens scratching. I will be on the watch for that. Sig's lifetime warranty will take care of it if it occurs. If your vision is not like it was in your 20's or 30's, I am in my 60's, I wholeheartedly recommend this sight.
