Most Helpful Negative Review Bad out of the box
Nice looking exterior, fired up just fine, but issue with the dot casting a starburst pattern. All I can see is 15 smaller dots spread out over 1/8 of an in across the center. Perfect for my recently acquired SU16,very clear glass and dot is not distorted if you find the right brightness setting,compact and lightweight,would buy again and as always,Optics Planet is awesome to deal with.

Romeo5 Red Dot

I have two of these red dots and like the simplicity of the controls, the features and the low cost of this red dot sight. Once they were zeroed then it was just forget any more adjustments. The long battery live makes it nice when I forget to turn the sight off at the end of the day, but it comes right to life by the time I am ready to fire it. The home defense firearm has the scope left on all the time.

Awesome red dot! I have it mounted on my M4 carbine with the Juliet magnifier and absolutely love the setup! It was pretty easy to zero this thing in. It's maintained zero after ~200 rounds of 223/556. Ended up buying it for home defense distances and got the magnifier later on after wanting more accuracy at longer distances. Can't beat the price. Highly recommended.

Sig Romeo 5 1x20

Put it on a small scorpion pistol I have and it shoots great accurate as heck where I want it around 50-75 yards. Worth the price and it’s not high dollar either. Value for buck. Had decent range and wide field of view, easy to dial in and moa clicks are not all over the place had it sighted dead on in less than 20 minutes

Good Overall Affordable Red Dot

Installation was a breeze. Unit was a perfect height for co-sights. Brightness settings were easy to use and the optic looks great. Auto on seems to work fine, time will tell on the longevity of the battery. Have not sighted in yet so cannot comment on how well it holds over time. For the price I was surprised at how good this is, has all the features I need in a red dot.

solid overall, fantastic for the price

It’s a nice piece. Good construction, nice mounting hardware and packaging. It includes the battery, has a very nice clear sight window, minimal parallax, includes a short and extended mounting bracket. Accurate and easy to dial in.

Overall it’s a nice optic

When you look at the price it is absolutely phenomenal!!! 10/10 when you consider the price. If you don’t consider the price, it’s still pretty darn good.

Sig Sauer Red dot optic

Sig Sauer is well known for quality, good optic for the price on this red dot optic and highly recommend it for use on any AR build. It has many nice easy to use features. The auto turn off feature is a plus to have as well.

The Sig Sauer Romeo is a well performing red dot, It was installed on a AR chambered in 556 for 3 months then ended up on a AKV chambered in 9mm for the last 9 months. After using it over a year roughly over 500 rounds through the AR and 1000 rounds through the AKV this Red Dot performed really well never lost zero, once set its good to go.
