Sig warranty and service is useless - SIG SAUER ROMEO5 Gen 2 1x20mm Reflex Red Dot Sight

Mounted on a savage 350 legend for hunting. Shake awake failed to work twice costing me nice bucks. Weather was in teens. Emailed sig 3 times and no one ever responded. Called direct and service rep said these scopes won't function below freezing due to battery. I advised him I have other red dots and a illuminated crossbow scope with same battery that perform in any weather. I also advised him the scope makes no mention of below freezing failure in the description. He just feeding me by. Said they could do nothing about the issue. Lies and a useless warranty. Thought sig was a good company. I was wrong. Buyer beware
