Disappointed - SIG SAUER ROMEO5 1x20mm 2 MOA Red Dot Sight

I purchased this Sig Sauer red dot, I have used one in the past, a friend of mine has the exact one. However when I received mine. The packing was great everything looked perfect out of the box. I mounted it on my rifle and put a BRAND NEW battery in and NOTHING... it does not work. I contacted optics planet and a women who seamed as if she didn't want to do her job send me an email with all the details on how to send it back.. as I was reading the email I realized that I am doing all the work for the return. Anyhow. It is sent back and I hope it doesn't take forever to receive my new one. I was trying to use this red dot at a MILSIM I am scheduled for, don't see that happening.
