ACOG Contender
For being a first attempt at taking on the hallowed ACOG, not bad.
Eye relief on this is actually greater than a 4x32 ACOG (Sig is 2.2in while ACOG is 1.5...TA11 is 3.5x and has 2.2in eye relief). Trying to compare these to traditional riflescope eye relief is a mistake.
All the controls were easy to grasp/use, the turrets had solid adjustments and the diopter adjustment was smooth but not loose.
Overall the optic is big so it looks out of place on anything besides a full size AR. But it is not as heavy as you might think (2oz more than TA11 ACOG) and it doesn't have hard snag points or make accessing a quality charging handle difficult.
Where this optic really stands apart is the field of view. Larger field of view makes it easier to track and hit movers in addition to giving you a more complete picture of what is going on surrounding your target. Comparitively, the 4x32 ACOG is 36.8ft @ 100yds while the Bravo4 is 53ft @ 100 yards. 3.5x ACOG that has similar eye relief to the Bravo4 is 28.9ft @ 100yds.
The Bravo4 almost doubles the Field of View of a TA11 ACOG.
The reticle system is clean while still having useful hold points. Illumination isn't as strong in daylight as some people might like but the etched black reticle is crisp and visible in the brightest light so the illumination is more than adequate for low light situations. Runs on a CR2 battery, easy to manipulate the controls.

ACOG has an “electronic” competitor
This unit is super clear, as the glass is Japanese. The reticle is awesome and lights up nice and bright although I wish it was just a tad bit larger. This sight is heavy, it about doubles the weight of my ar 15. Other than that no complaints feels well built.

Great sight, REALLY big
This thing is really large, it looks strange on my RFB but it is a truly outstanding sight otherwise. Large field of view and a longer than RCO eye relief. Good glass and all around a solid choice for a 4x optic

Buck Rodgers
I have ACOGs and I have used them overseas but they cost about $400.00 more...The bravo 4 is a great scope for less money, not to mention that it looks perfect sitting on my F2000... It looks like Buck Rodgers for less bucks!

Very Cool, Eye Relief Too Short
I purchased this for my Sig MCX Virtus. You really have to have your face right on this optic to see anything, which did not suit my purposes. I would up returning it and going with a Sig Romeo 6 + Juliet 4x magnifier and couldn't be happier.

Excellent So Far
I'm perplexed at those who complain about the eye relief being insufficient. The eye relief is superior to acogs by around 3/4 an inch with much greater field of view as a bonus. It's glass is clear and reticle easy to use and can be turned on and off with the push of a button or left to its own devices and turn itself off after six minutes of non movement then relight itself when motion sensed again. It is not dainty or light weighing in over 19 ounces, but feels well built with very positive clicks when adjusting light intensity and windage and elevation. The mount is just OK and I can see room for improvement in that area, but mine has not broken and holds tight so far. My only real gripe is the battery used I would prefer a AA or more common less expensive type but with the motac system Sig uses battery life should not be much of a concern truly. In my research I compared it against Trijicon, Leupold Hamr, Steiner 536 and the Hensoldt battlesight. At the end of the day I chose the Sig and so far do not have any regrets.

300 BLK Bravo4
Clear glass. I have this on my SBR 300 blackout. Great optic for hunting and home defense. I would have given this 5 stars but the mount came loose from a bent spring in the QD clip. Sig customer service shipped me a new mount which works great. I'm debating on putting a mini red dot on the top but feel like it may be to high above the barrel.

Don’t listen to the negatives
I have had this optic for 6 months now and can say with 100% certainty that it rivals any Acog. I am a retired military veteran with 21 years of service. I have extensive optic experience on and off the field. I have owned every Acog on the market as well as Elcan Specter DRs. The eye relief for me was the same as any Acog. Same with the Elcans. The only issue I had was the mount. Called customer service and they sent me a replacement part the same day. Problem fixed. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Right now I own Elcans and the Sig Bravo 4. I have moved away from Acogs because they had some issues I didn’t like and they are due for a complete overhaul soon from Trijicon. When the newly designed Acogs hit the market they will be competing against the Sig Bravo 4. I read the other folks here that gave them bad reviews but they had little to no experience at all with optics so they expected way too much. It’s an optic, that’s it. If folks are on the fence then I would goto a local vender and handle them yourself. If you like Acogs the Bravo 4 is in the same boat regardless of the other folks complaining here. It’s also not that big at all and still weighs less than an Elcan Specter DR. That should tell anyonenwith a brain all you need to know about weight with the Bravo 4. So I recommend it and aside from the mount issue it’s equal for me with any Trijicon Acog. Elcan is still superior because it’s a dual role optic.

Fantastic optic
Was really impressed with this scope. I have had a lot of experience with many different models of Trijicon ACOG's; TA-44, 45,33, 31, 01, 11, 55, 648. This was supposed to compete with the TA-31 and it does a nice job. Has about the same eye relief as that ACOG maybe a hair more. Eyebox may not be quite as wide; which creates less parallax than the ACOG. Excellent clarity and glass. Very high quality.

Zero Eye Relief
I have to agree with the previous review from Dec 2016. Clarity/glass and illumination is fantastic but there is no eye relief. This thing would give me a black eye if I shot it - i had to be right up on top of the eyepiece to see anything.
i had it installed on an MCX...the thing is so far back and so huge I couldn't really acesss the charging handle very well either. Silly product.
