OFF3ND3R's Review of SIG SAUER Bravo4 4x30 Wide Field Battle Sight

This sight has been great so far. Tracks very well and the adjustment turrets have decent click/feel. The traits I like about the Bravo 4 are: Rear glass size, its HUGE, once your in the sight box its like using nothing, its just a 4x eyeball built into your head. Reticle is very crisp and the illumination is great. Battery life is excellent as well. Low light conditions are no problem as well. It looks pretty cool though, it's odd looking on many firearms. Let's be honest though you don't really buy stuff like this for looks. The bad: It's pretty heavy and large. The eye relief is pretty short and it will hit your glasses if you aren't ready for recoil. The mounting base is ok, but, in no way a "quick" release. All said, at the end of the shoot, I really enjoy using this optic on my 18" F-1 Firearms lightweight build. As the rifle is light enough that the scope adds negligible weight. If you are looking for a nice ACOG alt with excellent clarity, great reticle, ease of use and a MASSIVE rear objective this is a good one...
