Most Helpful Positive Review 5 Stars for the price.
I purchased mine for $250ish but even at $300 this is a good value, and for the money it is excellent. *Honestly it puts the Strike Eagle to shame. *The Illumination puts Bushnell Scopes to Shame -Mount is excellent, and has torque values etched onto it. IMO it is nicer and lighter weight than a...

Most Helpful Negative Review Reticle Illumination Failure
Had this optic for 3 months, less than 500 rounds through it, kept it as safe as can be and pick it up today and the illumination is shot. Replaced the battery with several new ones still nothing. For $300 for the illuminated reticle to fail is horrible!

Great value in this package

by BIB, Verified Owner from OH, United States Written on November 25, 2025
Base mounts covers and the 1-6x scope are exactly whatbilI was looking for on an AR. Haven't dialed it in yet but the glass works great when looking through it at sun down to half hour after sunset. Should be great for hunting.
Pros:
  • Price, durability, and the low dispersion glas works as advertised.
  • Price durability and low dispersion glass work as advertised. These 1 power scopes are awesome for very quick target acquisition and small front bell allow for easy use with both evey open.
Cons:
  • Lowest level on the hellfire dot could be one shade dimmer at lowest IR setting
  • Could be just one shade dimmer on the Hellfire at lowest power setting, but its not bad.
Best Used for:
  • Hunting up to 200 yards and home defense.

SIG SAUER Tango MSR LPVO (1–6x & 1–10x)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SIG SAUER Tango MSR LPVO — 1–6x & 1–10x Models

I now own two SIG Sauer Tango MSR LPVOs — the 1–6x on my Marlin 336 SBL, and the 1–10x on my AR-15 — and I can say with full confidence that SIG changed the entire LPVO game with this line.

The optic clarity across both models is outstanding. Edge-to-edge sharpness, zero fisheye effect at 1x, and clean resolution even when pushing magnification to the top end. Illumination is daylight-bright without bloom, the reticles are crisp, and the etched patterns stay sharp under recoil and movement. SIG’s glass coatings give real contrast — shadows, brush, and low light are all easy to read.

Mechanically, they’re rock solid.
• The included 1.535” mount locks up tight and actually holds zero through recoil, transport, and field use.
• The adjustment turrets track accurately with positive clicks.
• The throw lever is firm but smooth, with no play.
• And the eyebox is surprisingly forgiving — especially on the 1–10x, which is usually where budget optics struggle.

On my Marlin 336 SBL, the 1–6x is honestly perfect. It gives the rifle true 1x speed for close-range work, while still offering enough magnification to confidently stretch it out. Great pairing for a classic rifle brought into the modern world.

On my AR-15, the 1–10x completely changes what the rifle can do. The clarity at 10x and the fast acquisition at 1x really let the rifle flex into both CQB and mid-range precision without ever feeling compromised.

sig sauer tango msr 1-6 lpvo

by Patrick, Verified Owner from CA, United States Written on October 4, 2025
I haven’t had much time to use this yet. However on first appearances it feels very worth it. On sale for less than 300 was worth it because it comes with a mount and it’s even color matched. You can not and will not find another decent quality lpvo WITH an included mount anywhere. I’ve tried. The reticle is really cool too as it works even when the illumination setting is off. So you don’t need a red dot all the time. Very cool. This is also my first experience with any so take it with a grain of salt. Also haven’t even shot it yet. Either way looks good and I’m happy so far.

Hasn’t disappointed

by Dan, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on September 3, 2025
For the price you’re paying and compared to other brands I think I definitely got my money’s worth. Clarity of the glass is pretty nice. Yes there are other LPVO’s with better glass clarity but for the difference in price and in glass clarity, I think this pretty solid. This was my second purchase bc I loved it so much for the price.
Pros:
  • Price point
  • Functionality
  • Glass clarity
  • Nice color
Cons:
  • a bit large
Best Used for:
  • AR15
