I ordered this scope for my AR build after several considerations. Glad I did. This scope is heavy duty and has all I need and nothing I don't. I prefer the second focal plane where the size of the reticle doesn't change when zooming in. You will have to use at full power like all 2nd plane scopes for proper use of the bdc reticle. The image and crosshairs are clear and there is good eye relief. You can use this with both eyes open, and can see the crosshairs without a battery. The center dot is red which I like as it doesn't ruin your night vision or flood out the background. It is just a single dot with adjustable brightness, but you are probably not going to be taking long range shots in the dark, so it is very practical and easy to pick up/use in a dark home defense situation. The scope comes installed on a cantilevered mount which fits perfectly in the rail on the upper of my AR. The flat flip-up covers are nice. There are mounting marks on the scope to get it exactly square, and the torque values are etched onto the mount, which is great! It is a bit heavy, but when mounted forward it helps keep the rifle stable and reduces muzzle lift...it still balances nicely. Sig/Sauer seems to make good stuff and this is no exception. I would recommend if you want a great all-around scope for near and far within reason for what an AR was really designed for.

I know gun " Efficianotos " will disagree. But who cares. If you are on a budget this scope is a great option. Remember the best rifle/scope combination in the world is the combination you have to train with and protect your family with.

Perfect budget optic for my needs. Planning on installing on a Ruger Mini 14 and using for 50 yards and in. I've had good luck with Sig and think they have nice optics at a good value!

Great scope at a fair price. I would most definitely buy again. I put this scope on a SFAR AR10. Before zeroing, it was dead on with the windage and only two inches high at a hundred yards. I’ve bought many scopes but never had one to perform this well out of the box.

Only used it at 150 meters and it was spot on shot group of 3 was within 1/2 each group

It’s a good little budget LPVO. At retail prices it’s a good purchase, however there are some better ones that are a little better that go on sale for close to the same price. With that being said it’s still a good scope and I would recommend it to anyone trying to learn how to shoot with LPVOs.
