NOTHING FITS PROPERLY ON THIS Mount to my satisfaction. I just wish I had found my receipt to send it back.

I was very excited to equip my brand-new Ruger 22 with a Sig Sauer Romeo 1 Pro reflex sight and get out to the range. The OpticsPlanet listing for the "universal" mount explicitly described DeltaPoint Pro (DPP) footprint compatibility. The product photos clearly showed the full, correct mounting pattern: proper hole spacing, recoil lugs/pins in the expected locations, and overall design consistent with Sig Sauer accessories.

The first item arrived with packaging that appeared to have been previously opened (seals broken). The included Allen wrench was noticeably rusted. The mount itself had only two mounting holes on top, was missing a screw, and came with two small alignment pins that had no corresponding places or recesses on the mount to accept them. None of this aligned with the advertised DPP footprint, the listing photos, or the design one would expect from this type of Sig Sauer-compatible product. It simply could not be installed as intended.

I contacted customer service the same day, described the discrepancies in detail, and offered to send photos for verification. I politely asked if they could send a correct replacement on good faith so I could proceed with my new firearm setup without extended delay. They stated their policy does not permit replacements or advances until the original is received back, and they were unable to escalate or make an exception. Had no issues mounting my micro red dot to this, can’t wait to go try it out at the range!

Mounting holes stripped out immediately using hand tool. Aluminum is too cheap and would not allow to be torqued to spec.
