I researched Sig Sauer's line of scopes while looking for a 4-12 or 4-16 x 50mm to mount on my .257 Weatherby. I saw this 3-9 x50 on a "flash sale" on OpticsPlanet for less than $100, and just bought it figuring I couldn't go wrong at that price. You can tell right off the bat it is a quality scope from the packaging and "Infinite warranty" Sig Sauer provides. Very clear, diopter and magnification rings are easy and smooth to adjust, not your typical less than a hundred bucks scope. Will come back and edit this review after sighting in and trying it out on an old Savage 110 .30-06 that I know ...

Surprised.. quality vs Price (10/10)

I've mounted it on my Sauer S90 300Wmag, in replacement of my very old swarovski Habitch Nova!!

Cristal clear, lighter than the Swarovski Habitch Nova, excellent finish, excellent packaging and no need to re-adjust since 1 year.

I will recommand this one for sure!!!

Good scope for the price

Good scope, no complaints about it. The glass is clear and nice quality/ finish. Just bought to upgrade an old scope that came with my 30-06 and very pleased with it. I would recommend this for someone looking for a decent scope at a reasonable price.

Sig Sauer Whiskey3 Hunting Riflescope 3-9x50mm

Good clear scope for the price. I needed something cheap to put on an old Savage 243. This scope is very clear, and will likely be good in low light. The 50mm did require that I get taller rings, due to how short the scope is.

Good value

I bought this because it seemed to be a good deal and I wanted to try a Sig scope. I put it on a 375 H&H with a set of Burris tactical high rings. I really like the scope so far. I'll probably put it on another rifle for its permanent home, but performed very well on a high recoil rifle. It is a lot of quality for an inexpensive scope. I'll buy another Sig scope.

Great scope for the price!

Bought this on sale as an upgrade for my Dad. He was very pleased with the scope!! Clarity, fit, and finish were all as to be expected for the price range and are all good. Will get scope mounted soon and get a few rounds down the range!

Great Scope

I am very pleased with this scope. The clarity is superb, better than some scopes that are twice the price. It tracks perfectly and holds zero perfectly. It is much better than I expected and I will order more of these.
