Slide threads stripped - Optic fell off

Worked well for a few months. Have shot minimum 2000 rounds using this slide. However, the optic literally shot off during a range session. Gunsmith noted that screw holes on slide for optic are stripped. Trying to work with Zev now to see what options are.

Sig P226 ZEV 9 mm slide

Unit fits well and improves my accuracy. Optic Planet had competitive pricing on the slide. Turnaround time was a little long but they stayed in constant contact so it was not an issue.
