The Lima5 Red Laser Grip is a great addition to the Sig Sauer Compact P320. It was easy to install and easy to adjust for shooting. It is in the medium grip and is easer on my wife's hand. Great product.

Works like a charm and adjusted POI to POA easily. All internal so nothing to snag and battery change is super easy. Only notable “complaint” is that Sig changed the slide release so if you have an older P320 like I do the Lima5 grip will NOT fit until you either replace the side stop with the newer one that is smaller or you grind off the ridges around the slide stop on both sides on the Lima5 grip. I called Sig for new slide release and nothing happened until I called a second time and a very helpful Kyle sent me the new smaller slide release by 2nd day air along w a link to a Utube video. Really don’t understand other reviewer’s post about needing a gunsmith since it installs w just removing one pin and replacing the tiny spring/cap which took me all of 5 min. Hint: try holding grip upside down to keep spring in place. Easy-peasy. New smaller slide release works OK but I bet it is harder to activate w gloves on in winter. I personally like the old larger one better and may file off the ridges and go back to old one. Will have to try this a few times at the range first. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and Sig warrants it forever so buy once cry once on this one.

Good, bright laser that is easily activated when drawing your weapon. Also fits my P320 X-Carry model. It was a little tricky for me to learn how to grip the pistol without placing pressure on the activation button...which is very similar to Crimson Trace pistol grip lasers. Does not fit a Kydex holster without customizing as it is taller than the height of the rail on the normal grip.
