false advertising

SSI continues to advertise an improved model but still ships the old model where the poly-tube slips off at first use, causing the wires to soon break off. I now have 6 purchased in pairs: 2010, 2011 and just this week.I am returning this last pair.
Pros: unknown
Cons: advertising improved model - still shipping old model which poly-tube slips off at first use. i now have 6 purchased 2010, 2011 and this week.
