Most Helpful Negative Review
Not worth it.
Don't waste your money!! I figured I would get this to help my "old eyes" when sighting in my new optics. No help whatsoever. Barely visible at 50 yards. After finally being able to align the laser with the cross hairs my first two shots went high and left by 5". It will cost you less in ammo than the purchase price of the laser. Lesson learned. It now sits in the junk drawer.
Fairly expensive and not great
Fairly expensive and not great...charges/recharges fine...to make this thing work you have to close the bolt...that's cute but I would prefer something that did not require that...this thing will stick in a bolt action or AR action...at least it stuck everytime on me...this is less than ideal...

Do not buy.
For starters doesn't work right out of the packaging. Charged it, but laser does not engage (it's SightMark so I can say I'm not too surprised).
More importantly, this item will jam the bolt into battery. Had to mortar the rifle to get the bolt out of battery, so I could get the boresight out. Thankfully no damage to extractor.
If you did pick up this item and you are experiencing the jam you need to put the weapon on safe, collapse your stock all the way, continuously pull back on the charging handle with firm pressure, and firmly slam the base of the buttstock down onto a padded/carpeted solid surface. You don't need to do it as hard as possible, but like I said it just needs to be a firm slam. Can take several attempts for the bolt to release (took about 6 tries).

Pros:
- None - it is not usable
Cons:
- Can potentially lead you to spending a couple hundred bucks at a gunsmith.
Best Used for:
- Throwing into a trash can.
