Eyes of animals in a field are to identify. Their bodies are harder especially as distance increases. Have not tried it with a secondary illumination yet but hopefully it will help.
The image is sometimes cloudy. Haven't figured the cause out yet. Maybe condensation on eyepiece lens.
Pros: Small and compact, easy to setup and use
Cons: Resolution is marginal and range is limited
