Parallax issues - Sightmark Ultra Shot M-Spec 1x 24 mm Reflex Sight, 65 MOA Red Circle Dot Reticle

This is a beautiful sight with an excellent image. Unfortunately the parallax is way off at close range and beyond. This makes it a one eye sight, when ideally you need to shoot with both eyes open. When I went to the range to sight it in, it didn't feel right, then I realized that at 25 yards the top of the berm appeared 18" higher with the left eye than with the right eye. Will probably have to dish out the bucks for the EOtech. Sight mark does state this sight as being parallax adjusted, but doesn't appear that way to me at any distance..
