Ultra M Spec
Got this for my AR-15. Use it for target shooting. Mount and sight in was a breeze. Holds zero well. Reticle brightness is perfect in bright sunlight with no washout and dims down low for indoor use. Magnesium housing is really lightweight. The crosshair design is standard design. Larger 65 moa ...

Parallax issues
This is a beautiful sight with an excellent image. Unfortunately the parallax is way off at close range and beyond. This makes it a one eye sight, when ideally you need to shoot with both eyes open. When I went to the range to sight it in, it didn't feel right, then I realized that at 25 yards the t...

Great Product
The M-Spec red dot was bright, clear, and easy to use. It has a sleek design, which looks good as well. The fitment worked great and had no errors. I would recommend this product to someone who is looking for a red dot.

Holds zero and is a pretty good optic
Has a red circle with dot in the middle. Unlike others this can't be changed, only the intensity can be adjusted. Mostly I bought it because of how bright it can be! It won't get washed out in the sun during a match; its very bright. Holds zero and performs well.
The bad: Can't be adjusted to just a dot, or at least I can't get it to do this. Also others have the ability to go from red to green, this one does not. I found that shooting at paper targets with an orange center can be challenging. I would buy this again.
I bought it for $179 + free shipping.

Great Product
Put this on my TNW 10mm carbine. Took it to the range and it works great! Sighting in was a breeze. I thought it would take more ammunition than what I used. The distance I used was 25 yards but it works great at 50 yards.
Pros:
- Easy to adjust and install
- Easy to put on. Sturdy.
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Carbines or tactical rifles
Would recommend: Yes

Good Sight
Holds zero and does its job. Considering the price that is a very good deal. I have used it on an M1A and a CZ 805 S1. I have not had any issues once the optic was zeroed on each rifle. After detach/reattach using the QD some fine tuning on the zero was necessary but that's normal for every mount under a boatload of money, isn't it? I would recommend this model. It's no Aimpoint or Eotech but it does the job and leaves you with some cash to get a decent magnifier or a couple of cases of ammunition.
Pros:
- Gets the job done
Cons:
- not an Aimpoint
Best Used for:
- shooting stuff

Sightmark Ultra Shot M-Spec 1X24mm Reflex Sight 65 MOA Red Circle Dot
Very good quality sight at a really good value. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this item to anyone looking for a reflex sight, which performs great for under $200. It is a nice addition to my AR15. Optics Planet, as a retailer, has been good to deal with on this particular item, as well regarding my other purchases.

For the price, I don't think you can beat it
For the price, I don't think you can beat this red-dot optic. Sure, you could spend a LOT more, but I've ran this through a few classes w/o any issues. It's pretty tough, and I really like the fact that it's mil-spec. You can read all of the features... but the reticle is great, and the brightness is very adjustable for every situation, including low-light.
Pros:
- Features vs Price
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- AR-15

Really like these.
After I purchased the first M-Spec, I liked it so much I bought two more of these for my AR15 platform firearms. They are a great lower cost alternative to the EOTechs. A wide reticle with a clear precise circle dot for fast target acquisition.

Good deal all around
Unless you’re going into the Litterbox or you’re Socom, Delta or SWAT or HRT or you have a trust fund this will do what you need it to do. Don’t compare it to an Eotech because it isn’t. I have to write a longer review? Why? I am concise.
Pros:
- works
Cons:
- None, unless you compare it to a $600.00 sight
Best Used for:
- Aiming

Nice Bang for Buck!!
Not bad for the money. If you are looking for best bang for the buck and this price is your budget, I would go for it. I was skeptical at first, but turned out to be a quality product. Anything less expensive is going to be junk. This is not.
