I purchased this optic with very high hopes. I previously connected sightmarks with cheap/ walmart optics and was hoping this sight would offer a quality package and compete with all the top brands; I ordered this the second they launched it! BLUF- it definitely falls short and so does their customer service. Even when opening the box you can tell they cut many corners.The instructions give you little to no insight on how the optic operates. It is also written with poor grammar and many mispelled words. The optic itself looks and feels very nice! When I went to put batteries in, the compartment screw stripped out.I contacted sightmark multiple times and got ZERO responses. On the plus side it will operaten with no batteries(as long as you are in a lighted environment)..It looks nice, dot is easy to see and the glass is clear. So far, it has held zero through 50 rounds on a 9mm pcc...Cons are the poor instructions, lack of customer service, immediate stripped hardware..I definitely wouldnt trust putting it on my home defense weapon but well see how it holds up at the range.
