Which way I turned the knob. The crosshairs just moved up and down. Anyone knows that this is a problem so sightron told me to send it end. The determined that there was indeed a problem and since the didn’t make my model anymore, they offered to upgrade me to the s3 I’ll reticle 8x32x56 which is a better more expensive scope. They took the loss and made it right and I’m happy as can be. This is the customer service I received at sightron and I will definitely buy from them again.
