Optical quality is excellent, and turrets are crisp and repeatable. The MOA-2 reticle is one of my favorites. Weight is reasonable for a scope of this power range.
Cons:
- European Power Selector direction
Best Used for:
- Long range hunting & shooting

This is the second Siii 6-24 that I have purchased. The first didn't disappoint, and convinced me that it's a great choice for a rifle where you can't quite justify Nightforce expense. Optically it is excellent, and the turrets are crisp, repeatable, and robust. For this power range, it provides great value compared to others. Love the MOA-2 reticle with floating dot. The dot is slightly larger than the Nightforce floating dot, but actually more preferred by my eyes, as it tends to pop out at you, versus searching. The first one that I purchased was the external zero stop model, and I would recommend this model (non-zero stop) over that one. The problem with the external zero stop model, is that the lock ring obscures the vertical witness line that you align the turret to. They provide an alternate lower witness mark, but the mark is roughly 1/4 inch away from the dial, so it's not obvious at a quick glance. Two things that I would prefer different on this scope, but not show stoppers. 1. Ditch the horizontal exposed turret in favor of a capped horizontal turret. 2. This scope has European style power selector direction. CCW to increase power. I would prefer the opposite. Why scope manufactures couldn't have standardized on direction is beyond me? I'm very picky on scope performance, and almost always can find something that I don't like, regardless of brand. With Leupold CDS models, it's the mushy turrets that I have a hard time getting past. This scope likely won't disappoi...

The scope was very clear but it developed a problem. When I would dial parallax on the side focus, the elevation reticle would move up or down depending on
Which way I turned the knob. The crosshairs just moved up and down. Anyone knows that this is a problem so sightron told me to send it end. The determined that there was indeed a problem and since the didn’t make my model anymore, they offered to upgrade me to the s3 I’ll reticle 8x32x56 which is a better more expensive scope. They took the loss and made it right and I’m happy as can be. This is the customer service I received at sightron and I will definitely buy from them again.
Thanks,
David Holliday
Pros:
- illumianted reticle
- Very clear, tracks very well

it is first Sightron I have it is amazingly clear, on max magnification
it feels like you have double more X to go, not like other scopes at max it is blurrier dimer.
Eye box very flexible, looking at scope comparing review on YouTube, have no idea haw people choosing
zero stop or illumination over better glass it is wrong or not true.
the only thing is, numbers on vintage turret make no sense< correct one available on amazon for $50-+.
over all good scope not for money, just good, probably get one more later.

I put this scope on my Ruger RPR in 6.5 creedmoor and it's amazing. Tracks as good as any other scope out there and clicks are accurate and repeatable. Today I went 4 for 4 on a 10" plate at 1000 yards then dialed it back to 100 and was dead on again. Then hit every target from 100 to 1000 and dialed elevation each time. I've been using Sightron products for over 15 years and this is by far the best scope I've bought from them and I have about 7 of them.

Scope is very clear and crisp sight view, easy turret adjustment and MOA seems to be right on for change in distance and elevation. Scope is in the same class as my much more expensive Trijicon 52mm scope, but a lot less expensive. Seems to hold up well on 7mm.
Definitely will be adding more to my rifle collection.

I hunt more than most hunters, not just hunt but get out on the most miserable, windy, rainy, hot, and clear days. I bought this with hopes it would stand up to my nightforce! I’m more than happy with the glass, the tracking, durability. Glass is clearer than my nightforce. Hunted aoudad with it in the summer along side axis and now going into deer season here in Texas. If your looking for a great scope that you can take out and drop and pick it up and shoot your zero without worrie than this is your scope. I usually do not write reviews but if this helps you out and makes you feel little more comfortable in your choosing a scope then is wroth it. It’s clear through all magnifications. Loud turrets. Lots of moa of adjustment. Only thing I wish I would have done is the light up reticle . Love the mo2 reticle. Used it for target shooting up to 1100 and dialed it back to 100. Scope hasn’t let me down. Other than no zero stop or lit reticle I would highly recommend it. I shoot every week. Hunt 200 days out of the year maybe more. I’m not some guy that can spend a lot of money on toys so my gear really needs to perform or it’s sold and off to the next trial and error. Hunting and low light or early morning the scope doesn’t washout. The eye relief is great. I know things happen when scopes get sent out and not all reviews will be the same but for me and the guys I guide they like this scope no complaints from anyone. I really hope this helps. Good shooting and most importantly be...

I love this scope, Sightron really makes good stuff. The glass is very clear, scope tracks great and the reticle is exactly what I want. I bought the illuminated model, and the fact that only the dot is illuminated makes it work a lot better than the whole reticle being illuminated. If they had a illuminated model with a zero stop it would be perfect.
Pros:
- clear glass
- Excellent reticle
Best Used for:
- shooting
- lomg range hunting

Optics on this scope are excellent, probably better than my eyesight. Clear throughout the magnification range. Clicks on turrets are positive and audible. Tracking seems to be fine. Altogether pleased with this scope
Pros:
- Clear & bright scope. Great price. Superb accuracy tools, with the BDC & Spot On App.e
Best Used for:
- Target / Competition shooting
