I ordered a scope which came with a promotional camo cap, I was super excited about that. A few days went by and opticsplanet still hadn't shipped the scope. Another day went by and I looked at the status, it said order cancelled, then it showed it was re-ordered with a scope and blaze orange cap. I got in touch with customer support immediately because I wanted camo not blaze orange, they said they had run out of camo. I understand that and was disappointed, so I asked if we could substitute a khaki colored one instead, they said they can't do anything, I asked for a rain check on the camo, again they couldn't do anything. The one thing she did do was offer a coupon so I appreciated that. I was frustrated optics planet showed camo was available when I ordered, but even more frustrated that they didn't even notify me when they changed the product on me. Had I not checked the order status I wouldn't have known the switch happened until I opened the box, not that it matters since they didn't change anything anyways. The orange hat is a fine hat, but nobody wears blaze orange other than during hunting season, which I will do, but camo I could use year round. I felt like customer service was pretty inflexible about the whole situation, but I also understand they can't make a cap out of thin air.

It's a good, comfortable hat made by Outdoor Cap. It's better than some of my $25 UA caps! The camo is decent, too. I got it free with the purchase of a Sightron scope... the scope is good and so its the cap!

I like the shape and fit. I have a big head and a lot of 'one size fit's all' are a little small. I got the blaze orange and it really stands out. I find people staring at it and have to remember which hat I'm wearing.
