Just bought this to add on to my Sig 9mm. Installation was a breeze and it feels extremely firmly attached one done. Be aware that you'll have to remove the slide in order to do so which is a bit more challenging than for say a Glock. Zeroing in the laser was a piece of cake. My only gripe, and this is probably user error, but I must have accidentally activated the laser while carrying and naturally tapped out the battery so you might want to buy a few backup cells.
