I’ve been waiting almost a month for my replacement charging handle and this is the message I got from SilencerCo when requesting an update…
“Hello,
We just found out today your package was in an accident and is not recoverable. We will still be replacing your charging handle for you as soon as we have the materials to build one.
We apologize for the inconvenience.”
Hahhahaha! Materials to build one?!?! This is absolutely unacceptable and harkens back to the, “my dog ate my homework” excuse as to why you can’t meet the required expectation.
They dropped the ball hard on this one and they know it and they obviously aren’t ready for the recall. You’ve been warned. …twice.
