Poor quality reticle.
I just got my second scope and both of the reticles were not parallel to the turrets nor were the horizontal and vertical lines perpendicular. Simmons 22 scope
Great scope for the price, comes with 22 calibrated knobs and .17HMR calibrated knobs for easy adjustment, good glass for the price. The only drawback is lack of a illuminated reticle. this review needs to be longer

Good for the money
Good scope for the money, it came in nice packaging and had good features. I would just lie to say to keep in mind the eye relief, I missed looking at this and the eye relief is a little longer than what I was looking for. Then again, every shooter is different. Very decent for it's cost.

Good scope with good options
Nice scope, took a while to set up after using high rings. Reasonably accurate, clear, and adjustable.

Simmons Pro Target 3-9x40
Was pleased with the scope but not with Simmons customer Service.
Pros: Nice Scope. BDC turret were very accurate with my 10-22 with E.R. Shaw barrell
Cons: Scope was sent without MOA turrets and Simmons told me I had to ship them my scope so their repair lab could install them. What a Joke. Was very displeased with their Customer Service Department. Read several blogs and found out I was not the only one this has happened to.
