Simmons 3-9X 22 mag scope
The Simmons 22 mag scopes are a great value for the money. As an Appleseed rifle instructor I see a lot of these scopes on the line, they just plain work. In fact, I have two of them mounted on loaner rifles and am about to order a third. My son has one on his 22 rifle. I can't think of a better sco...

Most Helpful Negative Review
Poor product control.
Scope was shipped to me dysfunctional. It appears the product was not inspected (by the Simmons company.)when it was produced. I was unable to sight the scope in as the wind age adjustment would not completely move the crosshair to the center of the reticle. Seems to me an easy correction to make in...

Simmons Scope
It’s a solid scope for the amount of money I paid. Definitely not something I would put on an expensive rifle, but it’s a great option on certain rifles.
Pros:
- Great price (on sale)
- Fast delivery
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Starter or entry or backup
Would recommend: Yes
Simmons 22 Magnum Rimfire Scope
Purchased this to put it on a Marlin model 60. Not a huge fan of the mounts as they are not true dove tail mounts, but they work. The scope is great. Clear glass, simple crosshairs, small package but still has up to 9x magnification. Old school Simmons used to be the blue collar workers Top Dawg scope company. So far it's not disappointing.
Pros:
- Small package but still has up to 9x magnification
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Rimfire calibers
Would recommend: Yes

Simmons 22 mag 3-9x32
This is a great inexpensive rim fire scope. Very clear for what it is but the rings are pretty cheap and didn’t fit the base I already had
Pros:
- Clear lens and inexpensive
Cons:
- Very cheap rings
Best Used for:
- Rim fire
Would recommend: Yes
Rimfire delight
I like this scope. It's simple and effective. I can keep them on my Ruger 10/22's . They go nicely with the stainless models.
Pros:
- cost, looks and easy to install
Cons:
- None
Would recommend: Yes
Junky junk
This scope is not a Simmons scope with the green coated objective as pictured. This is cheap junk. Even the rings are laughable. When white objects are viewed through the scope they appear noticeably antique yellow. A $15 dollar scope at most. Returning it.
Pros:
- It arrived a day early
Cons:
- Everything else good about a rifle scope.
Best Used for:
- A kids toy
Would recommend: No

Doesn’t Fit
I made the mistake ordering this thinking it would fit my 22. I have the wrong scope bases to fit this scope. Do not order unless you know it’s gonna fit.

Decent scope at a good price
When it comes to glass you get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting much because of the low price so I'm pleasantly surprised with it's quality. I put it on my stainless 10/22 and it looks great. It's plenty clear for what it's intended purpose is.
Would recommend: Yes
Nice scope!
The Simmons scope is very nicely made and the silver color blends well with my stainless steel Ruger 10/22. Can't wait to get the rifle and scope combo on the rage.
