Simmons pistol scope - Simmons 4x32mm Prohunter Handgun Scopes

i mounted this on my contender 357 rem max and was quite disappointed.it is very hard to see through this scope.once you finally get a sight picture if you move the pistol even 1/2 degree in any direction or angle you lose the sight picture.this is unusable for hunting.if you just want to shoot from the bench at the range it is ok.this is nowhere near the scope simmons made 20 years ago for pistols.i had several mounted on contenders in the late 80s.this isnt even as good as the old $20.00 tascos! at least i didnt pay but $50.00 dollars for it from a shop going out of business.it looks nice and can be an interesting paper weight on my desk.
Pros: low cost and clear optics
Cons: you have to be perfectly centered behind scope to see through it
