I will say "Yes" for recommending this scope but with a few limitations. For a budget scope, it does what it's supposed to do. The windage and elevation turrets are tough to adjust, but maybe they will loosen up a little with time. This scope would probably be better with small caliber rifles as I did get some parallax error at higher magnifications. I wouldn't rely on this scope for a dedicated hunting rifle, but for a plinker, it should do fine.
