BEST Value Dollar for Dollar
This scope, in all my years of hunting, is the BEST value for the money. You could spend 5 times more and not get an overall better scope that does what it's supposed to do: put slugs on deer and #4 shot on turkey. This is the only scope mounted on my shotgun, muzzleloader, my daughter's shotgun, and any shotgun or muzzleloader that I have drilled and tapped for friends.
Pros: Rugged, dependable, durable.
Cons: Friends will be envious at how little you spent.
very good scope
This is the second Simmons scope I have bought. Hunting in New England never requires a scope stronger than 4x. I have one on my Ithaca Deerslayer shotgun and I just bought a second for a muzzleloader.
Optics are very clear and the crosshairs are very good.

Good value
Owned this scope Propably 30 years ago. Needed a couple scopes for 2 muzzleloaders and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. Chose the fixed 4 power for simplicity and because all our shots will be under 100 yards. Quality appears good and the life time warranty is a plus. Had a coupon and Simmons had a rebate at the time of purchase so the final price was very good. I'm sure we won't be disappointed.

- Would be nice if the crosshairs were more defined.
Best Used for:
- Shotgun or muzzleloader with ranges under 100 yards.

Simmons shotgun scope
Great scope and value. I mounted this pro diamond scope on my Mossberg 500 with the cantilever rifled barrel. The setup and zeroing in was fast and simple. I went to the local range and felt as though this scope transformed my shotgun and my confidence level. Prior to this all my present and past shotguns were open sights so distance and accuracy were affected. With this scope combination shots that were risky at best are now well within range. I look forward to the upcoming season this year and many to come

Simmons ProDiamond 4x32mm
Awesome scope for Turkey hunting. I have it on a Mossberg 935 Magnum and it holds up under the pressure of heavy load shot. Very easy to get on target quick with the Diamond crosshairs. I will have one on all of my Turkey guns.

very good scope for the money have had one for years on my turkey gun with very good results purchased this one for a youth 20ga Mossberg for my grand children to use .I like the adjustments on this model would recommend this scope for your turkey gun or muzzle loader . Could speed more for a scope but what is the point

Shotgun scope
This is a nice Little scope that I bought for my henry 44rifle wanted something lite very clear andperfect for 50 -75 yrds hope it holds up , only shot 50-60 rounds yet. Like the cross hairs with the diamond.

Great price
I have shot these scopes on my 870 for several years I recently had my original go bad, after 10 yrsfor the price of it and the rebate it's hard to beat. I ordered this one to have as a back up while the original is getting repaired.

A Good Scope For A Low Price
I bought this scope for a single shot .223 rifle. I figured if I was buying cheap then buy one rated for the recoil of a shotgun. I didn't need it to be fancy but I did want it to be sturdy. I fired over 20 .223 rounds through my small top-break rifle while zeroing it in. It was bright and easy to sight in and stayed on zero after it was sighted. Again, this is no $500 scope, but for the money I don't see how you can beat it. If you want fine cross hairs find something else, but the diamond reticle is perfect for my uses up to about 100 yards, and would be great on a tactical .22 for quick targets. I don't know how it would hold up to an AR15, but for the price it just may be worth the risk. Again, it would be a good tactical scope.
