Really works, makes my magnum much more pleasurable to shoot - Limbsaver AirTech Precision-Fit Recoil Pad f/Wood Stocks

I am 5'10" 200 lbs, have plenty of rifles and not really recoil shy, but put a magnum barreled action in a lite T3 stock and that tiny hard plastic butt pad will do work on your colllar bone.

I have two Tikka T3 Magnum rifles. The 7mm mag has the older Limbsaver and my 300WM has this new limbsaver product.

I will say that both are very effective in reducing felt recoil. They displace the recoil over the entire surface of the pad and really take some of the punch out.

I really like the newer pad, as the design does not kick out as much at the bottom, so does not snag on my jacket. You can feel the difference in technology as you push the pad in with your hand or fingers, the little air bellows push out, much like the old Nike Air shoes. The aesthetics are more favorable, as it looks to be more of an OEM design than a "sissy pad". Both product will take the LOP to right at 14". There are no smoke and mirrors with this product, it does what it says.
